Crestview Elementary School

North Ridge Announces New Assistant Principal

Frenship is thrilled to welcome Lindsey Littlefield to the Frenship Family. Littlefield will be starting her 17th year in education this upcoming school year. She most recently served as an Assistant Principal at Dunbar CPA Middle School in Lubbock ISD. Her career in education first began at Seagraves ISD where she served as a Varsity Assistant Coach and English teacher. From there she moved to Southland ISD where she coached the Varsity Lady Eagles and taught in the classroom, teaching many different subjects and levels. From there, Littlefield then moved to Lubbock ISD where she taught 8th grade Social Studies and 7th RLA while also coaching at Evans Middle School.

One notable accomplishment Littlefield implemented in 2015 at Evans Middle School was the AVID program. AVID stands for Advancement Via Individual Determination. This is a program that provides professional learning for educators to help students overcome obstacles and achieve success in college and beyond. In 2019 she launched this schoolwide program at Dunbar Middle School.

Littlefield is looking forward to joining the Frenship Family and serving at North Ridge Elementary School this upcoming school year.

“God for sure planted me here at Frenship ISD. When you feel the nudge, you have to lean on that faith and move with Him,” said Littlefield. “My family and I prayed for God to lead me where He needs me to serve Him and our community. North Ridge is that place, and I cannot wait to see His work through my new team. Joining the Frenship team is going to bring me not only growth in my career but also for my family.”

Littlefield is a Lubbock native. She met her husband Joey, who is a Frenship Alumni in high school while both working at Bahama Bucks. They have three children, a 13-year-old named Jack, a 9-year-old named Konnor, and an 8-year-old named Lennon. All three children attend Roosevelt ISD.

“We just recently bought and built a house on 15 acres of land after living in our travel trailer for 18 months. If you want to know a way to bring a family closer together.....try that,” said Littlefield.

She also shares that giraffes are her favorite animal, and her dream is to stay a weekend at Longneck Manor in Fredericksburg.

Welcome to the Frenship family, Lindsey Littlefield! We are excited to have you.
