Welcome!

My name is Amanda Fitzgerald and I am so excited to be your child’s Pre-K teacher this year! Preschool is such an exciting place; new experiences, new friends, and so much to learn and do. I know for children and parents, preschool can be a bit scary. For some of you this is your child’s first time away from home full day. For others, it is just the next exciting step. Whatever the case may be, we will all learn and grow and find our way together.

A Little about me... I grew up in a military family and moved around a lot when I was little but have called West Texas home since junior high. I have a wonderful husband of 28 years and three young children who are pretty awesome too. I attended Texas Tech University and have my Master's Degree in Bilingual Education. I have worked with Preschool children for more than 26 years and have been with Frienship since 2022. I can't wait to meet this year's group of students!
