Hello, my name is Mrs. De'Lila Holder. I believe every child has unique strengths and abilities, and I strive to create a welcoming, supportive classroom where students feel safe, valued, and confident.

As an ESL teacher, I cherish the opportunity to work closely with students, families, and colleagues to support each child’s individual learning needs and celebrate their progress.

I am truly honored to be a member of the Crestview family and Frenship's Big Cat Country. It is a privilege to be part of a school community that values students, celebrates diversity, encourages excellence, and works together to help every child succeed. I am proud to contribute to a community where students are encouraged to learn, grow, and discover their potential.

My greatest goal is to help my students develop not only their English skills but also the confidence, curiosity, and sense of belonging they need to thrive. I feel incredibly fortunate to be part of their educational journey and look forward to helping every student find their voice and shine.
