Mrs. Hicks

Welcome to Crestview Elementary!

Dear Crestview Families,

I’m thrilled to welcome you to a new school year at Crestview Elementary! This year marks my first year as principal and my 21st year in education, and I’m so grateful for the opportunity to lead such an incredible campus. From the moment I stepped through the doors, it was clear that Crestview is a place full of heart, energy, and pride.
Our mission is to do our best to educate all students to their full potential so that each child can make a positive contribution to society. At Crestview, we believe in creating a joyful, safe environment where students are known, loved, and inspired to learn every day. I believe in teamwork, open communication, and celebrating both big and small successes as we work together toward that mission.

When I’m not at school, you can usually find me at a ball field or gym cheering on my kids! My husband, Charley, and I have four children—Hunter, who plays college baseball; Harper, a high school cheerleader and volleyball player; and our twins, Hudson and Hagan, who are busy middle school athletes.

This year’s theme, “Deep in the Heart of Crestview,” captures exactly who we are—connected, caring, and full of Tiger pride. I can’t wait to see all the great things this year will bring!

With love and excitement,
Ginger Hicks
