Hello Crestview!!!

I am beginning my 20th year of teaching and my 15th year at Crestview Elementary.  I have been happily married for 31 years to my husband, Kent, and we have 3 children + a new "son" this year.  Keeley, 26, graduated from Concordia University with a Kinesiology Degree and a minor in Biology.  She is serving as a paramedic at UMC EMS and her husband is a fireman! YAY, for first responders! Gage graduated Texas Tech University with a degree in Computer Science and a math minor.  He works at a bank in cybersecurity and recently moved to Austin. Blake is a Junior at Texas Tech and is majoring in Finance. My life also includes the cutest little goldendoodle named Kona, and Shiner and Ollie my goldendoodle grand dogs. Awwwww :) 

I graduated from Texas Tech University in 1996 with a Bachelor Degree in Human Development with an early childhood endorsement.  I taught in Lubbock ISD for 5 years before I stayed home raising my children for 11 years. I enjoyed that precious time so much but it was great getting back into the classroom!!  My children-all Frenship alumni-and I are proud to be involved with a district that promotes outstanding character, leadership and education. SO excited for BIG CAT COUNTRY!  

 

This is going to be a fantastic year with my 4th graders!!  Thanks for blessing me with your children!
